Your initial removal survey for your removal quote
Assessing your move correctly is essential. For every removal enquiry we will always make sure that a full removal survey is undertaken. A removal survey allows us to correctly plan ahead your move in careful detail to ensure that your day runs like clockwork.
This is also a great opportunity to meet us face to face so we provide you with useful information and help answer any questions you have.

Your written quotation will be sent to you via post or email within 24 – 48 hours of our initial consultation.
Within your quotation is clear explanation of what we plan to do for you and also provide you with optional services such as packing and dismantling furniture etc.
Our removal quotation will always shows the total price clearly marked towards the end of each removal plan description.

Two documents that we would like you to fill out and return is our removal acceptance form which confirms to us you would like to go ahead and a schedule of goods form, which is an item tick list which requires the approximate value of goods whilst in our care.

■ Our Environment Agency Waste Carriers licence gives us legal authorisation to transport your unwanted items or waste to an appropriate reusable household goods charity (e.g. Katharine House Hospice, Tel: 01295 811866) or to a Bicester area recycling centre.
■ We maintain a list of past customers who, as families or individuals in need, are often able to put reusable items to good use.
■ In the Bicester area, it’s usually possible to arrange for unwanted household goods to be collected via the bulky household collection service from Cherwell District Council, Tel: 01295 227001. If you live outside the Bicester area, then a similar service should be available from your Local Authority.
